Cadillac has further extended its line-up of BLS luxury mid-size sedans with a new sports version. The Cadillac BLS Sport adds a sporty element to the model that was developed with particular attention to the demands of European customers.
The 2007 Cadillac BLS Sport features 18-inch wheels and lowered sports suspension for the front MacPherson struts and four-link rear axle. The chassis tuning ensures dynamic handling performance without compromising comfort and is designed to take full advantage of the range of powerful engines.
The BLS Sport interior is highlighted by the use of stylish aluminum trim instead of wood and the circular instruments have white numerals and red needles on a black background. A three-spoke leather steering wheel and an analog clock in the center stack come as standard.
The two 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engines develop 129kW/175hp and 154kW/210hp, respectively. There is also a 2.8-liter V6 unit with 188kW/255hp. The Sport joins other BLS models in offering a direct-injection 110kW/150hp common-rail turbo-diesel engine fitted with a maintenance-free diesel-particulate filter, developing. All units come with the choice of a six-speed manual transmission or an automatic with Sports Mode button that allows the driver to select a sportier transmission shift pattern.
The Cadillac BLS has available since spring 2006. The sedan is built at GM's plant in Trollhättan, Sweden. The BLS Sport is on sale as of now.

That's a terrific beast. Any plans of launching such high end vehicles in the Indian market?
