A large amount of space and a high level of flexibility in the interior combined with extremely compact exterior dimensions are the outstanding features of the 2003 Opel Agila. With a new three-seater rear bench the microvan is now a genuine five-seater.

A clever mechanism of the 1/3 to 2/3 split folding rear seat back means that folding it forward creates a flat load area. There are also standard lap-and-shoulder seat belts for all passengers and, as an option, ISOFIX anchor points for adding a children's seat to the outside rear seats. All Agila models now have modern clear glass headlamps and an upgraded dark gray interior.

The Agila Color Edition has been given a facelift in the 2003 model year. The two new exterior colors Prestige blue and Mint silver perfectly match the upholstery materials and seat belts. A distinctive chrome grill, matt chrome decor in the interior and silver-rimmed dials give the 'Color Edition' extra visual appeal.
