Opel dealer receives "Best Service of the Year" award in Czech Republic
Moto Morava is known for their renowned service and was recognized last year's winner of the internal Opel C&S award for highest customer satisfaction.
The "Best Service of the Year" award is an annual prize declared by the Union of Automotive Services of the Czech Republic. The official prize giving ceremony took place on June 9, on a public annual meeting of the Union in Brno during the AUTOSALON BRNO 2003.
Frank Grimmling, Opel C&S's Managing Director, handed over a crystal cup to the winners. Also present at the ceremony were Jan Machac, After Sales Manager of Opel C&S and Josef Lhotak, President of the Union. Lhotak stated: "Moto Morava, an Opel dealer's service and year 2000 nominee for this prestigious award has done a huge step in improving the quality of its service. No other service in the country has worked harder in achieving its goals to meet and exceed customer expectations. This proofs the high standards and excellence of after sale cooperation between the importer and the dealer network."
Jurgen Macek, Moto Morava Executive and Karel Dockal, Workshop Manager, were excited to get the award. "We are really proud to receive this prestigious and competitive award after our success in year 2000. We have always worked very hard but even harder last year in order to meet all required standards and to develop our business to where it is now. It is a result of our ongoing effort to provide the best service possible to our customers. Apart from fully complying with the franchise rules we always deliver some added value to our customers, which at the end of the day pay off with a satisfied client.
