In the latest issue of auto motor und sport, the 9-3 Convertible comes first, ahead of the BMW 3-series convertible. The result was very close but extremely positive for Saab.

A few days ago, it was placed second behind the Audi A4 convertible in a comparison test in Auto Bild. This result was also very tight. Olaf Meidt , PR Manager at Saab Germany says: "We expect even more positive results from other German magazines in the coming weeks. After the launch of the car, interest in the convertible has risen dramatically, from approximately 400 sales requests per week we now receive 300 per day".

"This increased interest in the convertible is also very positive for the awareness for the Saab brand in total", says Eric Geers, Director of Communications at Saab Automobile.
