New Opel Astra offers top residual value

The German organization Eurotax Schwacke forecasts excellent residual value ratings for the new generation Opel Astra.

After 36 months and 60,000 km the residual value will remain at 51 percent of the purchase price, which is nine percent higher than the current model, and gives the new Astra a top position in its segment.

The new generation Astra will be available as a five-door model at the European dealerships by March 2004. It is powered by a 1.4 l TWINPORT engine with 66 kW/90 hp. This dynamic newcomer will be equipped with the latest technology and will offer many innovative safety and comfort features as standard.
