New Astra has been promoted to "recommended buy" by Eurotax-Schwacke
and Bähr and Fess Forecasts
Shortly after the introduction of the new-generation Opel/Vauxhall Astra
it has been promoted to "recommended buy" by Eurotax-Schwacke
and Bähr and Fess Forecasts. Both organizations operate Europe-wide
and are well-known for their residual value forecasts, which is a strong
purchase argument for European customers.
According to the Eurotax-Schwacke and Bähr and Fess Forecasts
the Astra will lose only 7,050 euros after three years in operation and
60,000 km on the roads. This is about 1,000 euros less than all competing
models in its class and makes the Astra a recommended buy.
Eurotax-Schwacke
experts confirm that this result shows that Opel's
philosophy "Fresh thinking -- better cars" is not only apparent
in the new dynamic design but is also demonstrated by the excellent resale
value.
