Opel second in July sales in Slovenia

For the fourth consecutive month, Opel was the number two car manufacturer in Slovenia. Last April, Opel overtook VW, which hold the second place for many years.

In July, Opel sold 832 vehicles, achieving the outstanding market share of 15.29 percent.

In the first seven months of this year, Opel was the fastest-growing brand in Slovenia. With 4,302 units sold, Opel had a market share of 10.41 percent. Compared with the year-earlier period, this is an increase of more than 96 percent (2003: 2,193 units, 5.97 percent market share)
