Alain Menu and Nicola Larini test Chevrolet Lacetti WTC

Swiss driver, Alain Menu, and his Italian team mate, Nicola Larini, both had their first drives in the Chevrolet Lacetti WTC at the MIRA Proving Grounds in Nuneaton, Great Britain, last Friday..

Since the initial shakedown at MIRA two weeks ago, the first Chevrolet Lacetti WTC has undergone extensive workshop tests at RML. Prior to the second shakedown today the chassis was also subject to further suspension testing with the aim of optimising damping and spring rates. A second car was tested on the rig at French tyre company Michelin.

The team will now concentrate on the preparation of two cars before setting off to Spain, where a three day test is scheduled at the Albacete race track in early February.
