Opel will unveil the highly attractive and versatile Combo model year 2006 at the Barcelona International Motor Show (May 7 - 15, 2005).

All passenger car variants of the multi-functional van now come with a standard tailgate. Two wide-opening swing-out rear doors remain available as an option. New exterior colors and interior upholstery give the Combo a fresher and higher-quality look. Innovative extras such as the interior bicycle rack increase versatility. The asymmetrically split and foldable rear bench seat permits to variably increase volume up to 3050 liters.

The passenger-car variant of the Combo will be available in five different trim levels: “Essentia”, “Enjoy”, “Cosmo” and “Sport. In addition, the “Arizona” lifestyle version will be launched in September.

The Arizona is well-equipped for rougher roads thanks to underbody protection for the engine compartment and fuel tank as well as reinforced cladding around the hand-brake cable. It also has modified suspension tuning with a 20 mm higher ground clearance.

Still available is the panel van, which is particularly spacious, robust and fuel-efficient and now also offered with optional tailgate. Panel-van drivers appreciate the vehicle's car-like driving qualities and large cargo capacity of up to 3200 liters.
