Zafira named "Minivan of the Year" in Portugal

At this year's "Car Trophy" in Portugal, the Opel Zafira was awarded with the "Minivan of the Year" prize.

The "Car Trophy" is sponsored by the motoring magazine "AutoSport" and recognizes the best product in the respective segment of the Portuguese market. This year, the Opel Zafira beat the Peugeot 1007.

The jury is composed of 20 journalists representing the most important car magazines and general media. The jury evaluates the products according to 9 criteria: design, construction/conception, ergonomics, comfort, handling and safety, emissions, performance, fuel consumption, and price.
