Opel awarded "Fleet brand of the year 2006" in Switzerland

At the 31st General Meeting of the Swiss Association of Fleet Owners (sffv) on May 9, 2006 in Glattbrugg, Switzerland, Opel was chosen as the best brand offering fleet customers the top performance and excellent quality.

The 160 members of the Swiss Association of Fleet Owners have a combined fleet of more than 40,000 vehicles. This represents the largest group fleet customers in Switzerland.

Various criteria were evaluated by the members when selecting the best fleet brand for 2006:

Information, fleet offers, presentations
Availability of test vehicles
Quality of service points (delivery service, punctuality, price guarantee, service efficiency)
Warranty / Support and advice, competence, product re-calls

sffv President Peter F. Bickel, awarded the certificate to Armin Stoll, Head of Fleet Sales of General Motors Suisse SA. He praised the personal commitment and professionalism of the Opel dealerships and General Motors Suisse SA.
