CorsaVan concept: Sporty, eye-catching city van

The CorsaVan concept will celebrate its premiere at the Paris Motor Show (September 30 – October 15, 2006). Based on the new three-door Corsa, the study showcases what the Corsa’s dynamic style might look like if transferred to a city van. The concept combines sporty looks, high-quality interior and a large load capacity.

The CorsaVan concept car has the same striking red color as the Opel GT that debuted at the Geneva Motor Show. To create a bold contrast, the panels replacing the city van concept’s rear side windows are black. Distinctive sporty features include red front brake calipers, 17-inch alloy wheels with five-spoke design and OPC-line components, such as bumpers, side sills and rear spoiler.

Black leather sports seats with red side bolsters on the seat backs and piano-lacquer surfaces known from the Corsa Cosmo give the two-seater a fresh interior. The concept car is powered by a 90 hp 1.3 CDTI engine with a six-speed gearbox.
