Press releases and news items include a Comments area for readers. By leaving a comment in this site we expect you have respected intellectual property rights. Comments are moderated and therefore are subject to delay before publishing. Comments and trackbacks are not published if they are:

1. Trapped as spam. This site uses anti-spam protection and will block any comment, trackback or pingback it regards as spam.

2. Believed to be trackbacks or comments that link to fake blogs. We will delete them. The same applies with links to pornography or sites we regard as dubious. We will do our best to police this. Occasionally we may make a wrong decision.

3. Off-topic. If your comment does not relate to the news release we won’t publish it. If you have a customer service question we will forward your comment to our customer service department to answer you directly.

4. Abusive, profane or defamatory. Sorry, zero-tolerance for this behaviour

5. In our opinion likely to cause offence, incite hatred or would be considered unacceptable by most reasonable people.
